We stayed couple of day in the area, we were like it. Upon arrival we got upgraded one of our room, because one of room wasn’t ready. Upgrade room, without additional charges, that was unexpected! Very helpful staff, kind and professional, as I can see they care and pay full attention to each their guest and trying by any possibility to make guest happy! Anything we asked them we got quick service! Thanks for it! Rooms are spacious and clean, what is highly important to us, I really like it the place, and highly recommended! Ahhhh restaurant food , wooow, as per my husband he never tried food tastier than here. Definitely we will recommend your place to our international friends who planing to visit Almaty. Thank you dearest staff of Grand Erbil!! We wishing all the best, success and prosperity!

Room was perfect and the bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was too clean and towels, shampoos etc. everything was set and ready. Restaurant service was great and delicious; employees of the hotel came to my room to take orders and delivered to my room as well.

room size, location close to train station "Almaty 1", I have also train so it was very convenient the location, away from city center.
